First Time Published: Fragmented Families

So I got photographs published in a magazine for the first time this week which was very exciting. It’s a magazine called BLOW. It’s going to the be the first Irish a3 photography magazine. So here it is. The cover is by a photographer called Agata Stoinska.

The photographs I sent in were from a project called “Fragmented Families”. It is my belief that In our society our homes becomes shrines to societies cultural codes and consumerism. I wanted to create portraits of my own family to challenge and highlight these issues. I did a portrait of each member of my family. The magazine used three. Here’s all four.
